Pragna Chakravarti moved to America from India with a degree in Pharmacy, a zeal for life, and a passion for the beauty industry. She began her career at Revlon where she trained in R&D while pursuing a Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science. She was later hired by Gillette to work at Jafra Cosmetics International. There she escalated to Chief Scientific Officer and Sr. Vice President of Worldwide Research & Development. Over her 35 years in the Cosmetics Industry, Pragna has led, managed and mentored Innovation R&D teams, formulated and created products across all beauty categories from concept to commercialization and partnered with Marketing, Sales and PR to refine communication on technical platforms and craft compelling product stories.

Pragna is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, Cosmetic Executive Women, and Beauty Industry West.

Haseeb Osmani has adeptly provided chemistry and process expertise to some of the biggest names in beauty and pharmaceuticals. He is proficient in formulation, process engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs including FDA compliance for OTC products. Trained in Six Sigma Standards of Leadership, Haseeb is skilled in process optimization, so you can count on him for quality, efficiency and effectiveness with every project. Plus, he’s just an incredibly great guy to work with.
